MemberBy the time the knot goes down the bar will be closed and the Dragon will have gone home with a new friend still attached to him. It won't be until the two of them are together in the Dragon's bed that they'll be able to separate. This would of course be followed by a night of fun!
Now with someone larger and not as tight they could pull themselves off the knot while drinks are still being served
