if only Tails could get this level of animation done. his current animations are all garbage in comparison. what I would give to see Mykiio be the one to redo Tails' animations and do them justice.

edit: just to clarify, I was referring to the animations done in the Project X game only. I suppose I should of made that clearer to begin with.

Not everything is done by the same person, experience and skills vary, but they all worked hard on their animations with the tools they had at the time. That being said:

firstly, as with my edited post, I wanted to clarify that I was speaking only of the Project X animations. that was my fault in not being clearer on that.
secondly: I have been on the Zeta team's ass about this subject since Tails was released. it's usually met with "gay bad"....yet they released Tails as a playable character anyways...the animators behind Tails did not work hard, they worked quickly just to crap out something and moved on. the example you gave is exactly why I wrote out that I wish Mykiio would go back and redo all of Tails animations as they actually do them justice rather than just spitting out a half done shill of an pixelated mess like the other so called artists did. want proof of their horrid work: just look at either of the Tails X Dolphin animations. the only time their animators gave any work in was with the Tails X Succibi/Incubi due to them being M/F. can also check the Tails X Raptors vs any of the females, the quality and length is abysmal in comparison. all I want is for them to give Tails better treatment. but if they want to continue to push the "gay bad" as a reason for his sloppy work, then why have them there at all?

I apologize for the rant, I just feel strongly that they should atleast give his animations better treatment...which I suppose is rather an odd thing considering it's a run or rape beat em up game.

This animation and the other blaze animation are great, but the Zeta team were never professional in how they handled this game. It's taken them years and it should have been done in about two if they were anymore serious about it.

Knowing they have day jobs and this is a side gig, I am not surprised lots of aspects about the game haven't had touch ups or redos for years. They added fan characters before they did any sort of meaningless rework for the gallery. It's just abysmal and they should just move on I think.

It's practically abandoned, the last update that was in December 2019 and it was a wait of more than two years for it. Also they added almost nothing with that new update. It was two years of "wait", aka excuses, for literally, 8 i think, new animated scenes which half of them were just recycled.

I hazard a guess that being a free game developed on their spare time would be a big factor in its updates being low priority for the developers who would need to find other means to support their own livelihoods. Not to mention a nonexistent budget would make it hard to consistently hire animators to devote work to it.
