Yeah. Speaking from my own experience (which is admittedly kinda limited, ymmv), cumming from receiving anal is pretty different from cumming from penile sex or masturbation; not only can you have orgasms without cumming each time or at all, but you can also have multiple/continuous orgasms without the down time where your dick has to desensitize and then get hard again. I personally don't ejaculate unless under somewhat drastic physical pressure (my tolerance to pressure has increased but it's been like this since I was a littlun) so even masturbation has to be done with my legs and hands (like cpr between the thighs) if I want a good orgasm, which makes me think that people without erectile dysfunction on the other side of the spectrum probably can ejaculate to good anal sex if they can ejaculate at all.
