    The gender tags just have female and there's also male-to-female. But she starts out as a herm in this. I don't know what the tags should be, but I can at least tell they make no sense right now.

    Also this artist should upgrade from using MsPaint.

    Herm implies that the person has both a penis and a vagina.
    If you check the parent post, you will see that the character start as a male, and simply got feminized.
