Description
Yet another collab with ivorylagiacrus! Once again he did a fantastic work in finding a good place to set the scene in, doing all the necessary setup, crafting a nice sound track and even adding a physical snow effect. Huge thanks to him, and don't hesitate to check the rest of his work too!
We wanted to do a 3D version inspired by this animation by dergum. It is also accompanied by a story, written by Mahlzeit. Both do some very neat vore artwork/stories. Dergum's patreon is HERE, while Mahlzeit's FA account is HERE !
The story I came up for it is shown bellow, from the Anjanath's point of view:
Story
Friend was big before
But Friend got small and never got big again
Anja worried for Friend
What if Friend get smaller and disappear
But Friend is not worried so Anja not worried
Friend is strong even if small
When we play fight he win some times
Anja fake lose when Friend is sad
When Friend is sad he sing less
Anja no understand when other friends sing
But when Friend sing Anja understand
Friend think Anja don't but Anja do
Friend still sing to Anja though
Anja love when Friend sing
Friend sing about stone on arm one time
Pretty shiny stone
Friend sing stone is link between Anja and Friend
Friend sing stone help Friend feel what Anja feel
But Friend not know stone help Anja feel what Friend feel too
Anja feel when Friend is happy
Anja feel when Friend is hungry
Anja feel when Friend is tired
But when Anja yawn near Friend it make Friend feel tingly
Good tingly
Anja want Friend happy so Anja yawn a lot
Lick too but yawn work more
Want to feel more
One day when sun low Anja pick up Friend in maw
Friend confused and try to be angry but tingle feel GOOD
Friend know Anja is careful and won't hurt
Play with Friend in maw
Friend feel tingle more when deeper in maw
Friend struggle and sing loud but Anja know what he feel
Tingle so intense Anja swallow Friend
Friend reach belly, Anja shudder from Friend feelings
Friend calm down but think belly stink
Rude
But Friend also happy
Anja try stay still for comfort of Friend
Will release Friend when moon up

MemberThis looks like bait, but since I collaborated in the making of this animation and I don't have much to do at this hour, I'll bite.
Literally, who are you to demand this kind of things from any artist? Do you know how long it takes to animate that? how much time and resources it takes to render it? Do you know all the technical difficulties we had to go through to make this animation in particular? How much work we spent on importing the maps, models, textures and everything from this game?
Going by all your previous comments on this site, you had at least 3 years to learn Blender and make your own, perfect animations. You have no excuse. What have you been doing all this time?

MemberI mean you Can't Rush Art, And looking at all of his videos.. He does a Great Job at doing them, But yeah they Take ALOT of resources to do and Awfully alot of time to Make the creatures feel Real.. even in these Short collaboration animations..
Ivory if you see this, including Pb..
You guys do a Very good job at animating these!
But yeah it's Hard work to Make 11 SFM or Blender Videos with Monster Hunter creatures as they have alot of Animation, including the Depth perception and the Light/Shadow's to put in for them.. and knowing how they move exactly too...

MemberAgain, who are you to demand such things? We create content because we like to do it, and we are kind enough to share it with others for free. One thing is giving feedback to improve our work, which is always welcome. Another different thing is what you're doing: complaining that it doesn't meet your "expectations". And you keep complaining about time and deadlines. Again, who are you, What makes you think we do art for you? I don't recall PB or I signing any contract stating that every 3 months we would release a 15 minutes long animation with story, sounds, character development, starring Knuckles and Dante from the Devil May Cry series. You also have NO IDEA what happens to us IRL that may impact the amount of content we can produce. We are human, not a machine. We also don't make art to see funny internet points going up, so that doesn't even matter.
You're free to do so.
I've been waiting, I want to see, me me me me. You should consider throwing huge amounts of money to us or any other artist for things that YOU want. We wanted to do short, fun, and cute animations as we worked to improve and learn a lot of things that will help improve the quality of our artwork, as you can see in these animations. Don't you see there's an increase in the quality compared to the first things we released? Bah, what am I saying? You don't care about that.
Then apply it to yourself. Imagine that after saving me from a fire for free, I complain that you should have done it faster and with style, that I waited too long, that you used to put out the fire in less time and now I lost all my belongings thanks to you. Me complaining about the work you do for passion. See? It sucks. If you can't see it, then you better change the way you express yourself or simply stop commenting on other people's work. Because again, it's just a matter of reading your previous comments on this site.

MemberYou speak sound logic, and you are a good man/woman/non-gendered individual. Thank you. I’m tired of seeing selfish pricks thinking that artists revolve around them. If you can’t afford to do it yourself, then you aren’t allowed to complain. Simple as that.
user 1004299
MemberIt sounds like your trying to say it doesn't meet "Your" expectation...
Ivory and PB have made these animations for ALL of us to see, and they do a good job with these 30 seconds and they have improved their artwork...
Including how hard it is to make a Blender and Source Flimmaker animation, as they had to import the maps, and also the creatures in this as I said...
Not every art revolves around "your" expectations,
And another thing..
I don't think Firemen act this way... especially seeing the comments you posted on others animations...
Gigan199
MemberI don't comment often, but these artist deserve respect. They put out phenominal work.
Let's try to spin this:
You, a fireman, don't put out evough fires. Cool, that big 5 story building was important, but now your calls are just residential or brush. Guess you just don't want to put the big stuff out anymore, right? Who am I to demand you go big when there are none to respond to, or time to do so? I thought you guys lived at the station, no home, no family, nah nothing but work. Doesn't dound right, huh?
Darn good animators like this got me back into my writing I used to do. Even started trying to learn blender for personal projects to pair with it. Do I get it? Not at all, can barely get a model built, let alone animate it to THIS level.
I enjoy quality. The short animation with the pocked Jagras, yeah, I felt it. Legit envy for that hunter, lol.
The most important thing you are missing on that high horse of yours is this:
Are you paying for it? Way I see it, you are getting qualkty that takes hours on hours, days on days, to do. For free.
As a hobby writer, that means a lot. I spend weeks on one chapter that people read in a few minutes. I ask nothing, but feedback and enjoyment.
I agree here, if you think it's such a snap, let's see you do it.

MemberBro what? You can only demand something like that, if you had a previous contract about it. You are free to go to the other animators, but thats such a shallow "threat" by itself. To what other animators? Quality like that and with such content is quite rare you know.
Ok, would i be really happy, if there was another unbirthing/whatever work containing the magma dragon? YES, damn right i fucking would. BUT and this is a big one, since i dont have any contract with pb472 and i didnt pay him any money, i can do nothing else but hope. Sure the longer videos are sweet, but if pb472 is more comfortable doing this, who am i (and who are you?), to tell him what and when to do stuff.
There is a fine line between constructive criticism and just being an ass.
And you know, you made me quite angry, becouse i have seen this type behaviour before and it usually only ends in one way. The author becomes jaded with his work and moves on, sometimes even starts to hate it. So i would like to ask you, next time you will have this bright idea to enlighten us about what goes around in your head, maybe think about it once more and... just dont?

MemberSir or madame. I see the point you are trying to make, however, the counterpoint to your argument is how much are they charging you to view their art? Nothing? Please don’t complain about free stuff. For one, it looks bad to complain about free stuff. The saying “you get what you paid for” comes to mind.
Also, let’s take into account how long it takes for a minute of animation. About 60 hours+ (depending on frame rate, quality, and complexity of each individual frame, plus adding sound takes even longer getting the sounds matched up with the video. So tac on another 60+ hours. Animation artists please correct me if I am wrong. I am a writer, not an animator.) per minute of video. Depending on what the artists do for a living, they may not even have the kind of free time to make the videos at the rate they do and still live normal, and healthy lives. Please take these things into consideration next time you comment.
To clarify, this is not an attack on you, but on your argument. Did my best to keep everything objective, and related to the argument at hand.

MemberHey nice work to both of you
I've been having difficulties lately to get in the right mood to work on my own, so I always love seeing the work others share
Stuff like this sometime helps me getting back into it.
I should try making longer animation lmao
Thanks again for your nice work!

MemberWriter’s block? Or I guess in your case, animator’s block? Been there before, and I feel your pain. Staring at a blank screen for an hour and not able to come up with a single thing to write about is not fun. My suggestion, look for whatever it was that inspired your earlier works for inspiration. Or maybe keep a dream journal and see if any of your dreams inspire you to make something. Hopefully this advice helps.
