Description
Part 2 of Witches versus The Mayor!
The cement harden and the witches turns into stone pillar statues. Until later that mayor got home and see the pillar, the witches can hear the mayor's voice through their stone shells. As the mayor went outside at the backyard and around the pillar statues to stand in front of them. The witches begin to cast a spell to breaks out of the cement and scare the mayor. The witches called their brooms while the mayor come chasing the witches. They grab their brooms and fly out of the mayor's house while they're giggling for pranking the mayor.
