I wonder what it’s like to have two rib cages

yeah thats a good question do they have a set of organs (like lungs, intestines, etc) per rib cage or are the organs just alot bigger with the bigger body?

i imagine that the vast majority of organs reside in the horse half, with just a secondary heart in the human half to aid blood flow upward as well as an esophagus to transport food down. and due to the lack of other organs taking up space in the top half you can find an extra large pair of lungs that fully utilize the free real estate.

so to recap top half, brain esophagus, secondary heart, and really big lungs.
bottom half everything else as well as the primary heart and no lungs.
