Description
The Windstorm soon dies down, and vision becomes clear once again. After a brief moment of reprieve, the dragon and coyote duo seal away their weapons and approach the weakened bounty hunter. Lying on the cold, cracked coliseum floor, she tries to brush off the attack as a poor attempt to subdue her, “Rrrr...I'm...not...losing...TO YOU!” Despite her best efforts, she remains paralyzed and shocked by the Lightning, unable to move from the floor. She was stubborn and unwilling to give in to her lowly prey. Scarlet Heart is the great and mighty bounty hunter extraordinaire, never knowing defeat. How could she give up now? Her reputation within the Guild of Red would be in shambles. Ithaca, being the heartful young lady she is, didn’t wish to see the hunter hurt any further. Even despite her aggressive onslaught of attacks, she still hoped to give her a chance. “Just give it up, kitty! We really don't want to hurt you!” She puts a hand on her friend’s arm and pleads for her to mediate the situation. Zenchi on the other hand, wasn’t impressed by the bounty hunter’s blatant overzealousness and cockiness. She looked down on Roseland, mocking her for her now-broken record, “You already lost, bounty hunter. Perfect track record? My ass. Now get the hell outta here before-”
Zenchi’s criticism was cut short by Roseland suddenly regaining her composure and standing up. Once she looked up, something about her…changed. She was overcome with an almost otherworldly aura, some kind of strange energy. Her eyes shifted from their natural cool blue to a piercing, glowing shade of scarlet red. Roseland didn’t seem like herself anymore. That sense of cockiness and arrogance she had was suddenly overtaken by a sense of desperation, of malice. That look in her eyes showed a destructive, murderous intent. She screamed at the top of her lungs, “SHUT UP! WE…ARE NOT…DONE HERE!” This battle…was not over.
