The one at the bottom is sisters with the one on the top, who's being humped. The humper is Tom Nook, the shopkeeper.
And I'd say, Tom Nook, is the most god damn annoying character in the entire history of everything.

I think that is the over all point. While Tom goes for the easy lay with Mable it is Sable who actually wants Tom. The way the games keep the subtle progressive story in one of the versions down the line Sable may finally confront Tom.

I thought this was just an odd headcanon, but no, Animal Crossing lore runs kinda deep. And now I’m kinda sad.
