From my experience he's like one of, if not the best healer in the game (at healing). I've had times where my team is losing a fight and I just start blasting all my teammates with Jeff's primary fire and I just watch as my teams hp goes back up to full or nearly full.

True, I play both roles as him, healer and dps. I scare my opponents, and then I become a top priority target. No worries, I have ways to deal with that. :3
