Anyone remember the feeling of touching an old tv and the static on your finger tips? I feel that listening to these bowls. You can almost see the electricity in your minds eye and envision it's reactions moving across each plain, and the waves of energy based of of each surface it is exposed to...the currents and waves those energies create! They are so pretty to be allowed to hear their resonance!! What a blessing

I just wrote about what you've eloquently described in my journal yesterday. I was trying to hear the silence in the sound, and it took me to the static. I was able to focus my energy so precisely on each tone as for a specific chakra color and melt the energies together.
As a child I would do that just because it was so intreging! Never understood it. Wish we learned more in schools. I feel like I missed a lifetime of seriusly good things we all needed to know. Even my keyboard is resonating right now while typeing. SOOOOO coool!!! I can sit still listening to this. Like its freedom!

I had knee surgery and nothing was making my infection that I got better. I had an infection on the incision line and then it went into my knee joint. I took multiple rounds of antibiotics nothing worked. I listened to singing bowls when I was sleeping and I woke up and the bump on my leg was completely gone. I keep listening to it even now to keep me healthy
I had immense back pain and I couldn't walk or sit . I could only endure the pain by laying on the hard wooden floor. My whole back was hard as a board.
A friend told me he could help me with his tibetan singing bowls. Actually I didn't believe a sound could help.
After one hour session I was astonished to feel some release. THE NEXT MORNING I WAS COMPLETELY HEALED.

Gosh, I need to be in this room. To escape from all the stress and chaos in the world. I would love to have a meditation room like this where no one speaks to me. I really just wanna escape people, home, work, unhappy and complicated relationships, stress, anxiety, fear, sadness, loneliness, life problems, money problems, world problems, the world most times. I still don’t know why I’m here really. I would lock myself in this room for hours away from all the chaos that surrounds us. What’s missing here is water and water sounds. It would be nice if the room smells lovely too like a spa, particularly, lavender scent. I really love the smell of lavender. 💕

I am listening through my shokz and the resonance I'm feeling throughout my body is otherworldly. Not sure if it's enhanced because Shokz transmits sound through bones but it's vastly different than hearing on my speakers. Very very calming.

@mascottie I can only listen to the gong for a short period. Then becomes pain when you do it for 1hr straight. So yeah I plug the ears.

When you got all of the big Gongs going at once I felt my skin prickle all over and then felt a large wave or energy come down through my crown to my feet and into the ground, over and over again in waves, and found myself taking deep breaths in and out and releasing stuck energy and stress with every outbreath.

The wonderful yoga instructor who did our twice weekly classes, when i was at my last rehab facility, ended each class with an amazing sound bath using two gongs during Savasana. You definitely don't get the full effect watching it; the vibrations washing over and through you are the real deal.

I didn't read the part that said healing. I actually played this video before bed to relax. Then I started reading something when suddenly I started to experience something strong in my body I closed my eyes and let it happened wherever needed to happen. But then the strong sound almost at the end caused my head to move faster than the speed of light 😅. I felt a dark something move up through my head, and then it was gone when you ended the sound. I felt like crying after. That was scary wherever that was but what a relief I felt in the end. Thank you so much. I never experienced something from sound healing before.
