Site doesn't accept game screencaps, however developers claim that all porn was taken out of the game at very early stage with only single character scene and decompiling the game there's none of this there.
Also the style and assets do not look anything like this, so either they completely changed the game at some point (not sure as previous downloads are unavailable) or something else happened.

Anyone with bit more info than "I found this" or "unknown artist" would be nice.

At least this one, apparently not, but I can't really find more information than that myself and do not have time to dig deeper.

It's from a discontinued fangame, the artist has talked in the discord, I asked them in DMs if it was alright that these were posted and they were fine with it. Their name is Myuger.

That does complicate things, because we generally do not accept screencaps, which includes recordings from games, especially when they are this rough that the cursor is literally showing and someone is manually advancing text. Artists permissions do not generally overrule sites rules and guidelines.
Screencaps are allowed in instances where creators themselves want to showcase their works and shares it themselves, but even there, it's usually limited to only one or two posts for major amount of content.

This is one reason why I encourage really often to source uploads, just because content could be unacceptable here, doesn't necessarily mean that it's worthless and having place to fetch it is always good.
In this instance I would almost try to find the source for these videos and possibly the game itself, but because it's fangame of small visual novel with plain english word as title, that's literal needle in haystack situation going. Even the name "Myuger" doesn't really bring up anything on the internet directly, so they are most likely exclusively on social platforms like Discord or Telegram.
