JanitorDo remember to actually use high enough bitrate to avoid compression artifacts from showing up. This was problem with audio in the last post, way too low bitrate.
Latex here seems like it has a lot of small details on it, but it's all just macroblocking now. If you focus on left horse neck, you can see the compression is so bad that the necks width on the left changes constantly as there's not enough bits to make it accurate, so it just estimates whatever it feels like there should be constantly.
