Пока он делал это приспособление я наточил десять ножей вручную. Используя 4 разных по крупности зерна бруска и в конце кожаный ремень с пастой полировочной. На глаз можно спокойно держать угол заточки не хуже чем с этим приспособлением. И еще: точить нужно не на встречу режущей кромки, а от режущей кромки, движениями как будто намазываешь на хлеб сливочное масло, конечно же соблюдая угол заточки, при этом угол заточки можно менять в зависимости от крупности зерна бруска, чем мельче зерно, тем угол больше. Это чувствуется когда точишь, по сопротивлению ножа, когда кромка затачивается, сопротивление чуть больше, чем когда пластью возишь по бруску. И мои ножи режут туалетную бумагу и бреют.

لطفاً .ان تکه پارچه که با چسب پهن نواری روی تخته قرار گرفته چه کاری انجام میده؟
فاصله زاویه سنج سوراخ سوراخ. تا. چاقو «فاصله تک پیچ تا. دوپیچ. رو تخته چقدر هست؟
ارتفاع سوراخ اول. شیب سنج چقدر هست؟؟
اگر پهنای چاقو تغییر کنه .فاصله ها و شیب تغییر می‌کنه.که شیب سنباده روی. تیزی. تغییر می‌کنه
یعنی سنباده با چه شیب باید روی لبه چاقو قرار بگیره؟

I witnessed a guy severly cut his hand by not observing tool safety. The demo shows reckless use of the wood chisel. The guy shouldn't be so careless. Bad influence!

I agree with you. I do see some good how to videos. However, this one, like you said, does show how to dangerously handle, and work with a chisel. I've been saying for years that skills have been declining severely here in the US., and one can see the results right here in many of the replies. I've also been saying for years that the good ole DOE has been dumbing this country down, and they've been highly successful at it. Sad thing is, no one likes to listen as they hate it when they finally discover REALITY. Does anyone remember when they used to teach real skills in school? You know, like wood shop, metal shop, mechanics shop, body shop, home econ, and more? Those classes would show how to apply a lot of other things learned in other classes, in real world skill sets. Does anyone else have an idea why jobs and businesses have been moved, and outsourced to other countries? Just look around and think about it.

Stainless steel blade needs high polish to sharpen. It get damaged in the motor driven grinding wheel. Cool smooth patience polish is the only solution. We do this polish in Die making for cavity and punch micro finish.
