As far as I know there's a place somewhere the artists gather and somehow agree to draw a character to post together all at once. It happens like once a month ish and it's really obvious when you follow enough nsfw artists, because they start retweeting eachother's stuff, flooding my timeline for a day with smut of one character.
And this time happens to be Angela.

It's probably more of a chain reaction. I also don't think they're serious, but I'd wait for their response.

I MIGHT SOUND CRAZY BUT HEAR ME OUT.
I am serious, I follow enough artists long enough to have seen many patterns. I can remember some the characters they have posted together all at once for a couple of years now, most recently were Angela, Meowscarada, Sally Acorn, Kanga, Princes Celestia, etc etc. Some old already posted characters that I can remember were Kindred, Bea Santello, Amaterasu.
If you want proof you can check @Dredjir on twitter and look for their posts and reposts since they seem to actively participate in this while not drawing much for themselves so it's quite obvious the pattern, you'll see the same character posted by Dredjir and they rt posts with the same character around the same date.
THEY POST TOO CLOSE TO EACHOTHER FOR IT TO BE A REACTION, some of these artists barely post one art piece per month theres no way they see one person draw and decide to draw and post the next hour.
Also I only follow nsfw artists that draw female characters, unsure if there's the same thing for male characters, I wouldn't be surprised if there are.

Artists I've seen and I'm pretty sure participated this thing the most times: Dredjir, Wagadraws, Prsmrti, kyotoleopard, Drako.
When I mentioned in the comments about this place existing Drako has replied to me with a winkey face once.
