  • More predators should employ this tactic. It'd be much easier, and easily more tasty, for the prey to feel pleasure than fear when being eaten. (Seriously, I learned that hormones induced by fear actually make people taste bad.)

    so, what you're saying is those ever-rare digestive systems that causes pleasure instead of pain in the prey, would actually be very smart?
