Draft:The Kinetic Group (TKG)

The Kinetic Group was formed in late 2023, when Vista Outdoor announced it would spin its Sporting Products division into a separate legal entity. The Sporting Products division was rebranded into The Kinetic Group, which revealed its new name and branding in June 2024.[1][2][3]

The Kinetic Group became a wholly owned subsidiary of Czechoslovak Group (CSG) after CSG purchased of The Kinetic Group for 2.2 billion in November 2024.[4][5][6][7][8][9]

The Kinetic Group consists of a family of American made ammunition brands, including CCI, Federal, HEVI-Shot, Remington and Speer. These brands are now a part of CSG’s Ammo+ division.[10][11]

The Kinetic Group is headquartered in Anoka Minnesota. The company has about 3,800 employees over its four locations in Lewiston, Idaho, Lonoke, Arkansas, Sweet Home, Oregon and Anoka, Minnesota.
