Description
It seems the lecherous Mordred Hood has got Sally in his coils or perhaps more likely is just fantasizing about if he did get the tenacious and powerful heroine and freedom fighter leader in them again as he never quite was able to get the drop on her again after the thrashing he received for his last attempt at hypnotizing her to kill Sonic and the Mercian Freedom Fighters.
In my AU they have something of a history together before he set out to form his own evil faction called the Hood Horde, working for her family for a time until he betrayed them after being tired of the disdain he received from people cause of his reptilian status and the royalty he's served many faults or treatment of him despite his advising.
However after Sally had saved him in one of her solo adventure's that led to the brief Substitute Freedom Fighters, being one of the few people unambiguously kind to him in the Acorn Kingdom just before his descent to evil and her generally defiant heroism, since then the snake has a strong desire to have her under his sway as either his most loyal assassin, his right hand lady or other job descriptions that involve her being romantically involved with the evil lord.
Of course she is firmly committed to Sonic when they are dating, is not a fan of Mordred's nefarious actions since his disgrace and also not one for traitors or wannabe dictators anyway so if he did somehow manage to get her, the hypnosis is a necessity for him despite rather having her as she is. Still Sally would rock the villainess/henchwoman look, perhaps years of tending to outfits of nobility or the armies paid off for his own enjoyment now.
