MemberI don't have any quality issues on my end, it might be an issue with your connection? I'm on Windows 10 using the latest version of Opera, if it helps you fap without inconveniences.

Member1080 webms can have issues on certain browsers. I suggest saving it and using a converter to make it a smaller mp4 if you're having issues.
Cloudconvert is free and simple to use. Just alter the webm file to mp4 and reduce the frame size to 720 or 480.
That said, if you were uploading a file to e621, we want the largest and cleanest version you can get.
